Kent Design Studio provides a highly personal, client-focused service, ensuring every project is delivered to its full potential, regardless of size or complexity. Although based in Kent, we work nationally and have recently delivered projects across a wide geographical spread, including commissions in the New Forest and the Shetland Islands. Our diverse portfolio spans projects of all scales, from sensitive conversions and extensions to bespoke one-off homes and larger multi-unit developer schemes.

Our core expertise lies within the residential, agricultural and equestrian sectors, while we also undertake commercial, industrial and educational projects. We thrive on the challenges presented by complex briefs, constrained sites, rural locations and heritage-influenced settings. Each project is approached with a fresh perspective, balancing creative ambition with practical deliverability.

We consciously avoid a prescriptive architectural style, instead responding to each commission through rigorous analysis of the client’s requirements, the site and its wider landscape context. Our ethos centres on innovation and adaptability, supported by a two-team structure specialising in planning and technical stages. This ensures that every project benefits from optimised expertise at each stage of its development.
