CDI Innovative Construction Materials provide a range of innovative domestic and commercial concrete floor systems. These are high performance structural floor systems that can be laid on timber or steel joists, providing floor reinforcement, wet room systems, underfloor heating, insulated concrete roof & ground floor systems for high load bearing situations. These are suitable for all types of construction from residential to industrial from new built to renovations.

Our main system is Lewis Deck. As part of a joisted floor system it provides a 1st class solution where acoustics and fire protection are key concerns. The Lewis system works very well with screeded underfloor heating and cooling systems, allowing them to work more efficiently than without the sheets in place.
LEWIS provides solutions for renovations and conversions as well as with new build projects using all types of build including traditional, timber or steel frame as well as new methods of build such as ICF and modular off-site construction and mezzanine floors.

CDI – Innovative Construction Materials, are suppliers of Lewis Deck high performance concrete floors, used in a range of applications including new build and renovation, traditional construction, fast track block systems, ICF, timber frame, SIPS, LGS frame and is ideal for acoustic floors, underfloor heating, wet-rooms and fire solutions. Lewis deck is a light gauge galvanised steel reinforcement sheet used as formwork and reinforcing concrete or screed floors. Lewis Deck with underfloor heating at first floor and above provides one of the most efficient underfloor heating solutions available. Quotations can be provide quickly upon receipt of drawings.
